How to Access Agency Documents

Overview

The Documents area gives agents access to quote packets, policy documents, and other files associated with their book of business. The Agency Portal also sends document notifications to designated contacts.

Access Documents

• Log in to the Agency Portal.
• Select Documents from the main navigation.
• Search or browse available documents.
• Open the desired document.
• Download the file to your computer.

Document Availability

Proposal packets become available:

• In the proposal Files section
• Under the Documents area after nightly processing
• Through document notification emails for eligible users

Email Notifications

Agents who are designated as document notification contacts will receive email notifications when new documents become available.

Can I download documents?

Yes. Documents can be downloaded directly from the Documents section of the portal

When will a generated quote packet appear in Documents?

Quote packets are available immediately after generating a proposal. You can view the quote packet in the right panel.
