Agents can create Quick Quotes, submit new business proposals, request underwriting review, bind eligible policies, and monitor proposal status from a single dashboard.   **To access the Agency Online Portal and Quoting Center:** 1. Log into the Beacon Online Portal with your agent user credentials. 2. In the Beacon Online Portal, you can create and manage submissions. 3.
