Our Transition to the New Portal on September 1st

The current Agency Center will be available in our BEACONNECT until close of business on August 27, 2026. The new portal will launch on September 1 after which you will will be able to manage your book of business in our new Online Portal. There will be a period of non-transaction days while we are transitioning to the new system

To access the Agency Online Portal and Quoting Center:

Log into the Beacon Online Portal with your agent user credentials.
In the Beacon Online Portal, you can create and manage submissions.
If you have any issues, please refer to the Agency Toolbox and Training page in the Beacon Mutual Online Portal for instructions and helpful videos.

Overview

The Agency Quoting Center is the primary workspace for creating and managing workers' compensation submissions in the Agency Portal. Agents can create Quick Quotes, submit new business proposals, request underwriting review, bind eligible policies, and monitor proposal status from a single dashboard.
