Does My Company Need a Minimum Number of Employees for Ergonomic Training?
Beacon Mutual provides ergonomic training to companies of many sizes, including small businesses. There is no strict minimum employee requirement to receive training.
However, if your company is planning to train a larger group of employees, trainers may ask that sessions include approximately 20 to 25 employees per session. Larger class sizes allow for more interaction between trainers and attendees and help reduce operational downtime while employees participate in training .
