# Ergonomic Consultation Follow-Up

## What Happens After an Ergonomic Consultation?

Following any loss prevention service visit—including ergonomic consultations, workstation analyses, or training—Beacon provides a written report.

This report details the nature of the visit, the findings and results, and includes supporting research, resources, and suggestions for corrective action. The goal is to provide clear, actionable guidance that helps employers improve workplace safety and reduce ergonomic risks.
