How do I set up automatic payments?

You can set up or manage AutoPay regardless of when your policy was written. The steps depend on your policy number format.

Policies with a suffix (XXXXX–XXX):

  • Set up AutoPay when making your first online payment through the Beacon Mutual Online Portal
  • Remove AutoPay anytime using the Remove AutoPay button on your Billing Account page

Legacy policies without a suffix (XXXXX):

  • Manage AutoPay through the Online Portal, or
  • Call 833-326-7022 and select option 4 to speak with a customer service representative

We recommend scheduling AutoPay at least one week before your payment due date. AutoPay does not pay past-due balances. Past-due amounts must be paid using a one-time payment.
