How to View Invoices and Billing History
The Beacon Mutual Policyholder Portal gives you access to billing information for your policy, including invoices, balances, recent payments, and billing account details. Depending on your policy type, payment plan, or migration status, you may see more than one billing account associated with your company.
Some policyholders may have multiple billing account numbers. This may apply if a policyholder has a Pay As You Go, also called PYG, policy, a financed policy, or a converted policy that moved from Beacon’s legacy system into the current portal experience.

FAQs
Why do I see more than one billing account?
You may see more than one billing account if your company has a PYG policy, a financed policy, or a converted policy from Beacon’s legacy system. Each billing account has its own unique account number.
Why don’t I see invoice history for my policy?
Certain converted policies may not yet display invoice history in the portal. If you cannot find the invoice or billing details you need, contact the Beacon Support Center for assistance.
What does payment status mean on an invoice?
Payment status helps indicate whether an invoice has been paid, partially paid, or still has an outstanding balance. Available details may include invoice amount, paid amount, credited amount, and outstanding balance.
