Beginning September 1, 2026, Beacon Mutual will launch a new online portal for policyholders.
If you currently participate in Beacon Mutual's Pay‑As‑You‑Go (PYG) program and report payroll through TruPay, you will continue using TruPay until your policy renews.
The biggest change is how you access TruPay.
What’s Changing
- BEACONNECT will no longer be available.
- Existing BEACONNECT usernames and passwords will not transfer to the new portal.
- All active primary policyholder contacts and existing BEACONNECT users will receive a Welcome Email with new portal login credentials.
- You will receive a Welcome email from TruePay with registration details.
- You will access TruPay through the new Beacon Mutual Online Portal.
- You will remain on TruPay until your policy renews.
How to Access TruPay
- Step 1 - Log in to the Beacon Mutual Online Portal using the credentials provided in your Welcome Email.
- Step 2 - Select your policy.
- Step 3 - Click Report Payroll.
- Step 4 - You will be directed to TruPay to complete payroll reporting and policy administration activities.
- Step 5 - If prompted, complete the TruPay registration process to continue using the platform.
