# How to Manage a Proposal on the Agency Dashboard

*Effective 9/1/2026*

**Overview**

The Agency Dashboard provides access to active proposals, pending tasks, status updates, and submission workflows. Agents can monitor proposal progress and take action as needed.

**Manage Your Proposal**

1. Log in to the Agency Portal.
2. Navigate to the Agency Dashboard.
3. Click Agency Quoting.
4. Locate the proposal within your proposal list.
5. Select the proposal name.
6. Review current status and outstanding tasks.
7. Make updates as needed.
8. Save changes.
9. Recalculate rating if payroll or classification information changes.

**Proposal Statuses**

These statuses help agents track where a submission is within the quoting process.

- Submitted
- Proposed
- Proposal Requested
- Bound
- Incomplete
- Rejected

**Update a Proposal**

1. Open the proposal.
2. Select **Edit Proposal**.
3. Make necessary updates.
4. Save your changes.
5. Select **Run Rating Calculations**.
6. Review updated premium results.

**Best Practices**

- Run Rating Calculations after every change.
- Review open underwriting tasks regularly.
- Monitor proposal status widgets for updates.

In the My Tasks section, you’ll find information on any tasks where action is required before the proposal can move forward.
