Manage My Profile

BEACONNECT User Profiles

 

You can edit your own information by performing the following steps:

  1. Log into BEACONNECT and click My Business > View My Profile link in the top menu. Your information will display in View Mode.

  2. Click the Edit button below your information and the window will redisplay with the information that you have permission to change:
    • First Name and Last Name, and Title
    • Business Phone and Cell Phone
    • Email: Must be valid with @ sign and period before end extension.  Must not exceed 60 characters.
    • Fax Number
    • Important: You cannot change your Master Organization, User organization, or your username. If you need a new username, the key contact person at your organization must delete your current username and add a new one for you.
  3. If your role needs to be changed, see the key contact user at your organization. If you do not know who your key contact is, contact your independent insurance agent.
  4. If you know your password and you want to change it, click Change Password. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it. See the Login Help page.     
  5. Click Submit to save your changes.
