BEACONNECT User Profiles
You can edit your own information by performing the following steps:
- Log into BEACONNECT and click My Business > View My Profile link in the top menu. Your information will display in View Mode.
- Click the Edit button below your information and the window will redisplay with the information that you have permission to change:
- First Name and Last Name, and Title
- Business Phone and Cell Phone
- Email: Must be valid with @ sign and period before end extension. Must not exceed 60 characters.
- Fax Number
- Important: You cannot change your Master Organization, User organization, or your username. If you need a new username, the key contact person at your organization must delete your current username and add a new one for you.
- If your role needs to be changed, see the key contact user at your organization. If you do not know who your key contact is, contact your independent insurance agent.
- If you know your password and you want to change it, click Change Password. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it. See the Login Help page.
- Click Submit to save your changes.
