Multi-State Proposal Requirements

Overview

The Agency Quoting Center supports multi-state workers' compensation submissions. Agents can add Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut exposures to a proposal.

Adding a State

• Select + New State.
• Choose the state.
• Complete required state information.
• Save changes.

Rhode Island Requirements

For Rhode Island exposures, the RI State Unemployment ID is required under certain circumstances.

Massachusetts and Connecticut Requirements

When MA or CT is included in the proposal:

• Agents may submit the application.
• Agents cannot generate the proposal directly.
• The proposal must be submitted through Request Proposal for underwriting review.

Producer Appointment Requirement

The selected producer must be appointed in all states included on the proposal.
