My Pay‑As‑You‑Go Policy Is Renewing: How Do I Transition from TruPay to InsurePay?

If your Pay‑As‑You‑Go policy renews after November 1, 2026, you'll transition from TruPay to InsurePay.

Because InsurePay is a different payroll reporting platform, your TruPay login information will not transfer.

To continue participating in the Pay‑As‑You‑Go program, you'll need to register for InsurePay using your new policy number.

Please have the following information available:

Step 1 - Log in to the Beacon Mutual Online Portal.
Step 2 - Select your renewed policy.
Step 3 - Click Access InsurePay.
Step 4 - Register for InsurePay using your new policy number.
Step 5 - Select your payroll provider.
Step 6 - Choose your payroll reporting frequency.
Step 7 - Connect your bank account.
Step 8 - Complete the registration process and begin payroll reporting through InsurePay.

I used TruPay before. Do I need to register again?

Yes. All renewing Pay‑As‑You‑Go policies must register for InsurePay.

Will my TruPay login work in InsurePay?

No. You must use your new renewal policy number when registering.

Do I need to register for the Beacon Mutual Online Portal?

No. If you already have portal access, continue using your existing portal credentials. If not, contact the Beacon Support Center.

No. You must log directly into InsurePay using your InsurePay credentials.
