Premium Audits Inc.(PAI) is an authorized partner of Beacon Mutual and may be assigned to conduct your workers' compensation premium audit. The information below answers common questions about scheduling, contacting PAI, and submitting audit records. If you receive a letter from PAI regarding your audit, the communication is legitimate.

• Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

You may submit audit records using one of the following methods:

  • Send documents directly to your assigned auditor.
