The information below answers common questions about scheduling, contacting PAI, and submitting audit records. If you receive a letter from PAI regarding your audit, the communication is legitimate. **PAI Business Hours** - Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **How Do I Contact Premium Audits Inc.?** You may contact PAI by phone at **(401) 397-5559**. Scheduling assistance is available through: - Kelli Ortiz – Extension 102 - Sherry Knight – Extension 101 These representatives coordinate audit scheduling and can assist with questions regarding your appointment. **How Do I Submit Documents for My Audit?** You may submit audit records using one of the following methods: - **Email** - Send documents directly to your assigned auditor. - **Fax** - Fax documents to **(401) 385-9536**.
