Accessing TruePay Through the Origami Portal (Existing Policies)

Who This Applies To

This article applies to existing PYG policies remaining on TruePay until renewal.

How It Works

  • You log into the Origami Portal
  • Select your policy
  • Use the secure link to access TruePay
  • Submit payroll and policy changes through this connection
✅ Single Sign‑On (SSO) is enabled for TruePay access.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  1. Log into the Origami Portal.
  2. Go to the Home Screen.
  3. Select your active PYG policy.
  4. Click Access TruePay.
  5. You will be logged in automatically.
  6. Upload payroll or submit policy changes as usual.

Do I need a new TruePay account?
No. You’ll continue using TruePay, but access it through Origami.
 
Can I log into TruePay directly?
No. All access must go through the Origami Portal.
