This article applies to existing PYG policies remaining on TruPay until renewal.
How It Works
- You log into the Beacon Mutual Online Portal
- Scroll down the home page and click on the policy number to select your policy
- Once the policy opens, you will see a "Report Payroll" button at the top right of the page.
- Click the "Report Payroll" button and log in to TruPay or InsurePay
- Submit payroll and policy changes through this connection

Do I need a new TruPay account?
No. If you're an existin PYG policyholder and the policy was written before 9/1/2026, you’ll continue using TruePay, but access it through the Beacon Mutual Online Portal.
