Requesting Ergonomic Services

If you are a Beacon Mutual policyholder and would like to request ergonomic services, the process depends on your role within your organization.

Employers should contact their assigned Loss Prevention representative directly to request ergonomic or other safety services. If your company is new to Beacon or has not yet been assigned a representative, you can submit a request through Beacon Mutual’s contact form for additional assistance.

Employees should contact their company’s Human Resources department to initiate a request for ergonomic support.
