Requesting Ergonomic Services

Policyholders are encouraged to utilize our complimentary ergonomic evaluations and recommendations by contacting Beacon’s Loss Prevention team. Our services include expert ergonomic consultations, evaluations of workstations, comprehensive training sessions, and a variety of resources designed to identify and reduce workplace risks.

If you are a Beacon Mutual policyholder and would like to request ergonomic services, the process depends on your role within your organization.

• Employers are encouraged to reach out directly to their designated Loss Prevention representative for assistance with ergonomic or other safety services. If your company is new to Beacon or has not yet been assigned a representative, you can easily request a consultation through Beacon Mutual’s contact form or give us a call at 401-825-2667.

• Employees are encouraged to reach out to their Human Resources department to begin the process of requesting ergonomic support.

By offering these services at no cost, Beacon enables employers to proactively prevent injuries and improve the overall safety and quality of their workplace environment.

Are Ergonomic services available to non-policyholders?

Absolutely! We offer ergonomic services to individuals who are not policyholders, available on a fee-for-service basis.Beacon Mutual provides the flexibility to separate its loss prevention services, which encompass ergonomic consultations, workstation assessments, and training programs. These services can be accessed separately from any workers' compensation policy.
