How to View Client Policy Documents and Invoices

Overview

The Agency Portal provides access to policy documents, quote packets, invoices, and other client-related files through the Documents section. Agents may also receive email notifications when new documents become available if they are designated as document notification contacts.

Access Client Documents

Sign in to the Agency Portal.
Select Documents from the main navigation menu.
Search for the policyholder or policy number.
Browse the available documents.
Select the document you want to view.
Download the document to your computer if needed

Types of Documents Available

Depending on the policy and transaction status, documents may include:

Quote packets
Policy documents
Policy forms
Invoices
Billing documents
Renewal documents
Other policy correspondence

Viewing Quote Packets

When a proposal is generated:

Open the proposal.
Locate the Files section.
Select the quote packet.
Download or view the document. Quote packets also become available in the Documents area after nightly processing.

Viewing Documents After Binding

After a policy is bound:

Policy packets are created during nightly processing.
Policy documents are available under the Documents section.
Documents may also appear in the proposal or policy Files area. Notifications for New Documents

Agents who are designated as document notification contacts receive email notifications when new documents become available, similar to the existing BEACONNECT process.

Policy documents and quote packets are typically available after nightly processing. You may need to refresh the portal to see newly generated files.

Can I download invoices and policy documents?

Yes. Documents available in the Documents section can be opened and downloaded.

Will I receive notification when new documents are available?

If you are configured as a document notification contact, you will receive an email notification when new documents are posted.
