[Agency Quoting Center](https://help.beaconmutual.com/agency-quoting-center?hsLang=en) # How to View Client Policy Documents and Invoices *Effective 9/1/2026* **Overview** The Online Portal provides access to policy documents, quote packets, invoices, and other client-related files through the Documents Dashboard. Open the proposal. 2. Locate the **Files** section. 3. Select the quote packet. 4. Download or view the document. **Viewing Documents After Binding** After a policy is bound: - - Policy packets are created during nightly processing. - Policy documents are available under the Documents section. - Documents may also appear in the proposal or policy Files area. **Notifications for New Documents** Agents who are designated as document notification contacts receive email notifications when new documents become available. --- ### **FAQ** **When will policy documents be available?** Documents for policies written after 9/1/2026 are available instantly. Documents for policies in our Legacy system (written before 9/1/2026) are typically available after nightly processing. You may need to refresh the portal to see newly generated files. **When will new policy documents appear in Documents?** Quote packets are available immediately after generating a proposal. You can view the quote packet in the right panel. **Can I download invoices and policy documents?** Yes.
