Who can I contact with technical issues in the Beacon Online University platform?

I’ve read the user guides and still have questions. Who can I contact for technical 
assistance?


• If you are an employee user (not an account administrator) of an established 
account, please contact your company’s account administrator.
• If you are an account administrator and you’ve already established a BOLU account,
email customersupport@neogov.com or call (877) 204-4442. Identify that you are 
using the LEARN Platform and that your parent account is Beacon Mutual Insurance 
Company.
• If you are an account administrator and you’d like to make an appointment to have 
training on the platform and its features, please email safety@beaconmutual.com
